Welcome to Sweetie Tweeties
Birds for you:

Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I hope you will enjoy your time spent here.

Sweetie Tweeties has strived to develop a user friendly place for those of you who are looking for a feathered friend of your own. You may search through the "Species Profiles" list, which hopefully sums up what myself, friends and family have discovered about the personalities, behaviors, and much more for each species of birds raised here at Sweetie Tweeties. Discover which type of bird will best suite you and your lifestyle. For example you may think you want a Lovebird, only to discover that the quirky characteristics of a Conure sound more like your style. Finding the right match takes time, research, and patience. I hope the information provided will help you choose the feathered friend that best suits your lifestyle and living situation.

Once you have decided, check out the "Birds Available" listing to see if there may be a baby waiting for you. Upcoming clutches will also be posted so keep watch for the species you are looking for. If the bird you desire is not available quite yet or it looks like a clutch may soon be hatched I can always put your name on a waiting list and I will you call when a baby is available.

If you have any further questions please contact me. Deb at bdbrown101@hotmail.com.

Finally an Update!

Well a whole birding season has come and gone and I must apologize for the lack of news on my website.  To all who have continued to keep in touch with me throughout the past season since I first put up this website, I want to thank for your continuing support and inquiries regarding my little birds.

However, just because there were no new postings does not mean there were no new feathered friends.  Sweetie Tweeties had a very successful year with many of our breeding birds.  Thankfully, because of so many inquiries many of the birds had families waiting for them before they were even weaned, barely hatched or in some cases even an egg!

……… So it never hurts to ask me, “What’s new, Deb?”

Some new changes!

My sister has decided to pursue other interests and with that some decisions had to be made.  It was decided to let go of the Pearly conures.  I am continuing with the Maroonbelly Conures myself in addition to my lovely Sun Conures who are now old enough to try their hand at parenting.  However, you will still be able to treat your new pet to any one of her great bird toys.

Also Red Rump Parakeets, with any luck will be available in the upcoming season.

Something else new is a pair of pastel parrotlets that have already produced babies in July… they JUST could not wait for the fall season!

It has also been my pleasure and joy to be trusted in the hand feeding of my friend, Carol Murphy’s Whitebelly and Blackcapped Caiques during the last breeding season.  That has been an added bit of fun that I have not shared on my website.  Again, it never hurts to ask me, “What’s new, Deb?”

In Closing…..

I wish to once again thank family and friends for their continuing support this past season.  Thank you to all the bird lovers who chose Sweetie Tweeties to adopt a new “feathered friend” into their home.

At this time too……

I wish all a Very Merry Christmas

and

best wishes for the New Year!!!
